Darden Hearts A' Fire has a pedigree of champions. She is a Gayfield bred mare by JG Cops and Robbers out of Gayfields New Best Friend. JG Cops and Robbers is not available to the public so this is an opportunity to have a large Gayfield bred mare going well under saddle rarely available to the public. This mare has a total of 90 plus days under saddle with a professional trainer. She is soft and supple; quick to learn. At 33 days under saddle in 2008, she competed in Working English Pleasure and placed 4th out of a class of 8, even with limited vision in her right eye(due to protein substance in eye from cornea replacement surgery from injury; not cosmetically noticable). This show was her first show under saddle.

Currently, she navigates trail obstacles such as side-pass rails, dog-leg, 360 box, jump, bridge, gate, slicker, water box, L back through, mail box and more. Transitions are beautiful. She has been on numerous trail rides. She is careful and willing on the trail. She has proven herself as a broodmare. Darden Hearts A' Fire produces an abundance of colostrum and milk, allows imprinting, is easy to breed and foals without issue. She passes height, excellent length of stride and bone to her offspring.
